This was one of my favorite Dine Review's for DList Magazine. For May's issue we went to Ethan Stowell's 4 Seattle restaurants: "Union", "How to Cook a Wolf", "Tavolata", and "Anchovies & Olives."
Siiiiix hours we were fed so many delicious items. My favorite hands down was at "How to Cook A Wolf" though. It was the Tuna Bruschetta... I believe thats what it was called. I was too busy shoving my face after taking pictures of it. Sadly it was so dark that I couldn't get the lighting right so I didn't put the picture up here. BUT GET IT if you are there.
